Interested in Radiochemistry? Are you a hard-working Scientific graduate looking to get into the Pharmaceutical industry? Ready for a challenging role in a specialised environment, with applications in oncology?
If you are a knowledgeable and enthusiastic graduate looking for a career in speciality pharmaceuticals with excellent progression opportunities, you may want to consider joining Europe’s leading supplier of licenced PET radiotracers. With multiple manufacturing sites throughout the UK and seamless integration with NHS Hospitals and private imaging centres, our client is committed to their patients and their employees.
As a Production Radiochemist, you will be tasked with the radiosynthesis and aseptic dispensing of both novel and licenced radiopharmaceuticals used in PET diagnostic and investigative imaging. You may also be asked to author and revise Standard Operating Procedures which must be followed carefully to ensure full compliance to the company Quality Management System and Good Manufacturing Practices.
This is a niche position so full and in-depth training in radiopharmaceutical production and adherence to cGMP guidelines will be provided, making this opportunity ideal for Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences or other relevant Scientific graduates who wishes to develop a specialist skillset. Alternatively this role is suitable for someone with previous pharmaceutical experience looking for a new learning opportunity.
Please note that due to the short half-life of the product, Production Radiochemists work some unsociable hours to meet patient demand. You will be rewarded for this with a beneficial working schedule, highly competitive starting salary and structured progression plan.
Two of these fantastic opportunities are available, so why not tell your friends or colleagues?
