The induction programme is for all new staff and the length is dependent on the role you will be undertaking. It is an essential part of new staff training requirements and therefore attendance is mandatory.

An exciting opportunity has arisen at Falmouth Hospital for a Progress Co-Ordinator to join the ward team. You will play an important role in supporting the clinical staff in facilitating safe and timely discharge from hospital for patients.

You will help provide a seamless service for patients which will include cross boundary and collaborative working with the munlti-disciplinary team along with colleagues in Adult Social Care and other outside agencies in the community setting.

This is an ideal opportunity for an enthusiastic and dynamic individual. You will need to have good interpersonal skills, IT skills and possess excellent communication and organisational skills.

We will offer a supportive working environment in which to continue to develop your skills, a structured in-service training programme and appraisal and supervision systems.

This is a part time post working 30 hours per week to include weekends on a rota basis.
