We are a fast-growing health tech company, providing digital, cloud-based patient management platform.

The company has undergone rapid growth with over 150% year-on-year revenue growth for the last 3 years, and are targeting a similar growth rate in the coming year. We aim to lead the digital transformation of healthcare with clinically designed and focused digital solutions.

We are looking for a highly-motivated, energetic and ambitious Innovation Project Manager to join our team. The role involves taking a leadership role in a large national health technology implementation project including full project oversight, end-to-end project management activities including project planning, monitoring and reporting .

This is a full-time permanent role, based at our office in Ealing Broadway, London and will report directly to the executive team.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead project execution with ultimate accountability for project initiation, planning, execution and control (cost, time, quality and risk)
  • Direct and motivate multidisciplinary project teams and keep team members accountable to deliver
  • Single point of contact for all operational aspects of the programme
  • Understand client needs and commit to project scope and timelines. Secure agreement to the plan from the project team and the client
  • Effective internal and external communication of project status and risks, ensuring stakeholders accountability and awareness
  • Timely escalation of critical project issues as per the agreed escalation policy
  • You will be expected to demonstrate strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and maintain high morale within the group or team setting
  • You should also demonstrate the ability to manage multiple priorities, strong time management skills, attention to detail and excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written to interact with clinical and operational stakeholders and academic funding bodies
  • Report project progress directly to executive team
  • Participate in the Information Governance Training to ensure compliance with IG requirements


  • A relevant degree in a scientific or technical discipline
  • Excellent understanding of UK healthcare sector
  • Demonstrable project management experience with project management qualifications
  • Previous NHS experience, healthcare technology project management experience and experience with reporting to academic funding bodies is highly desirable
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, and the ability to compose presentations and correspondence appropriate to a wide ranging audience
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and awareness of information governance requirements and data protection
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain commercial relationships and networks
  • To be able to work using own initiative, organising and prioritising own and others’ workloads to changing and often tight deadlines
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to re-prioritise and adapt quickly
  • To be able to multitask, work efficiently under pressure, and deliver to deadlines.
  • Outstanding problem solving skills
  • Ability to use tact and diplomacy to achieve objectives
  • Experience in Google Docs Suite software including email, word processing, spreadsheet, and slides; with project / task management software eg. ClickUp and with GANTT charts and project workflows is highly desirable
