Working for a leading company providing services to multiple offshore industries the QHSE Analyst / Administrator will provide support the Head of Quality & Environment. You will administer various databases such as Achilles , CAPA/ Non conformance / Incidents, COSHH and will update KPI data and reports. The role is a maternity cover and is therefore on a fixed term contract basis.
Duties Manage and maintain corrective action database working closely with RQHSE Business partners to achieve timely closure of improvements identified Administration of databases such as Achilles , CAPA/ Non conformance / Incidents, COSHH Collating and analysing data for ESOS or Energy Compliance schemes Collating and updating monthly KPI data and reports from multiple sources Producing monthly reports Analysing QHSE data from multiples sources CAPA's, Audits, Incidents, Environment / ESOS and producing reports Identify improvement opportunities through trend analysis of data Interface across all areas of the company
Skills & Experience Effective data analyst , organiser with strong influencing skills and a commitment to continual improvement, with effective communication styles to influence, persuade and inspire stakeholders Advanced excel and MS Office skills to maintain and develop KPI / Performance monitoring systems e.g. pivot charts, tables. Proficient in use of databases such as Achilles, FPAL, Sedex , Corrective action / Non conformance / Incident management, Alcumus or similar Must have good interpersonal skills Experience in marine, manufacturing and/or construction environment
