Quality Manager - Older People, Nursing & Residential Care Homes Yorkshire, North West & North East Salary £45,000 to £50,000 plus company car My client has an exciting opportunity for a Quality / Project Manager to join a medium sized care provider with a portfolio of Care Homes for Older People in Yorkshire, North West & North East.
You will work in a different location each day with one day per week working from home in order to monitor the quality within the care homes.
You must have experience of using Person Centered Software & Datix as you will be going in to the homes to ensure the systems are being used correctly and then monitoring the homes for quality and compliance of these systems.
You will be working for a well respected care organisation who specialize in delivering the highest quality of care and support to clients within residential & nursing homes for older people.
You will cover all the homes within the group so must be flexible to work in a different location each day
Provide support to Registered Managers to ensure the systems are being used correctly
Working with the Registered Manager to develop action plans and support through to completion in order to improve the service
Project manage under-performing services to ensure CQC compliance working with both the senior management team and the registered manager
Introduce change management processes to strengthen the service
Audits to ensure standards are constantly maintained
You will need
Essential - must have experience of using “Person Centered Software” and “Datix”
Previously worked as a home manager within the care home environment for older people
Trouble shooting with proven track record of turning services around to ensure compliance
