Truly global Pharmaceutical Company seeks an experienced Quality Specialist.

About the role:

Maintain the Quality System for Development Centre
Customer first line quality contact. Attend customer meetings and work with the business to implement customer requirements
To guide Development in quality focused solutions
Participate in the preperation of regulatory inspections / customer audits
Participate in regulatory inspections / customer audits
To work with QPs and Development to assist in driving continuous quality improvements.
IMPD compliance checks
To perform approvals and set ups for new material specifications
To support the Development to meet the company objectives.
To work within multidisciplinary teams as required by the business.

Duties may include

To act as a customer liaison for quality specific issues.
To participate in customer quality review meetings
To work with the team and line management to deliver quality improvements
To support the QP and QA functions
To provide online QA support of production operations
Ensure all work is undertaken in adherence to approved procedures
Participates positively in reviews to improve effectiveness and efficiency
Ensure that all activities within Development are undertaken to established standards of GMP.
Constantly drive to deliver high standards of GMP compliance and general housekeeping
Assist in internal/external quality audits. Ensure implementation of resulting improvement recommendations or compliance gaps, in accordance with the site Quality System process.
To assist in ensuring that all deviations are reported and investigated with corrective actions completed to agreed timescales.
Management and oversight of document control and self inspection
Generate, review and approve quality documentation
Work with Development Centre in the oversight, review and management of areas identified as risks, deviations, batch failures, CAPA and Change Control, risk assessments
To undertake other tasks required for which training has been provided
To provide metrics for KPI reports
To assure that all validation activities are scheduled and completed
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
Uses the management chain effectively.
Coaching of Development Personnel

Skills and experience:

Science degree or equivalent preferred.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
ERP software experience preferable.INDHP
