Pod Talent are proud to be partnering exclusively with a leading global pharmaceutical business supporting their continued growth and commitment to delivering world class healthcare. My client is looking for a Quality Systems Associate Manager to join their highly automated site in Chester. In this role you will be responsible for the implementation and maintenance of quality system activities to support the external manufacturing business and its suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

You will run quality management system activities such as nonconformances, CAPA, review boards, change control, and documentation updates to support various business initiatives
Create training documentation, guides and other materials to support the overall system and users within the Engineering Quality Team
Maintain the change process to ensure all External Manufacturing changes are implemented in a compliant & timely manner.
Maintain technical documentation within quality management systems
Maintain strong understanding of quality documentation to provide guidance and solutions for internal and external contacts.
Communicate with various teams (e.g. R&D, Engineering) in the business to ensure standards integrated across the organization.
Coordinate review and revision by respective document owners of current Global Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) that require updates

Key Requirements:

BSc level Degree in relevant field e.g. Engineering or Science based
Experience of working in a Regulated Environment; e.g. Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, OTC, Sterilization, etc.
Strong Quality systems experience
Experience of leading change systems: examples include; product, processes, equipment, materials / components, documents, etc.
Ability to negotiate and partner with internal and external customers to enhance change effectiveness.
Knowledge of GxP and relative standards for manufacturing environments.
Expertise in instrumental techniques and computerized applications relating to change management
Excellent Communication skills
