We have fantastic opportunities for enthusiastic and highly motivated Ward Sister join the Nursing team.

The role

In order to staff our busy theatres, we require a Recovery Sister to help to assist the Theatre Manager with the day to day running of the department. If you are an experienced Theatre Nurse/ODP wanting to take the next step in your career with a progressive, busy and friendly team - we would like to hear from you.

Whether you're with the NHS at the moment or in a private setting, this is an opportunity to work autonomously, make full use of your skills and knowledge and add value.

You'll know just how intense and challenging a theatre can be - and you'll thrive on that pressure and be respected for your professionalism and expertise.

Our Theatre Department will be extremely busy, working with Consultants from a wide range of clinical disciplines, including orthopaedics and cosmetics. You must be registered in the UK with your professional body and able to demonstrate current Theatre experience with the ability to work under pressure.

What you'll bring with you

Current NMC registration
An ability to deliver high standards of patient care
Mentorship qualification desirable
Previous Clinical Supervisory experience
Enthusiastic and empathetic character promoting positive attitude at work
Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the business
Deliver a good working knowledge & compliance with CQC Standards /KLOEs and NICE guidance
Be part of the On-Call rota providing support for ward out of hoursBenefits
