To support our client’s growth plans for 2021 and beyond, we are looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to join and drive new business opportunities on multiple products, services and client groups within the France region.
* Networking with companies within France and becoming an expert in Biotech/ Biopharma and clinical service providers in that region
* Maintaining high levels of outbound activity, keeping an active schedule of calls, F2F meetings and proposals
* Proactively hunting for new business opportunities, targeting organisations that do not currently engage with our products and services
* Prospecting for new clients via phone, email and social media
* Working with specialists to organise and run demonstrations to prospective customers
* Becoming an expert in the Intelligence product suite (subscriptions/SaaS, one-time products, and consulting), our competitors and our clients, to provide excellent service & maximize sales
* Internal stakeholder networking to help collaborate on opportunities
* Fluent language skills in French
* Experience in cold outbound activities by telephone, email and social media
* Proven track record in winning new business
* Experience in working with and consistently achieving Key Performance Indicators
* Proactive and motivated by a fast paced, target driven environment
* Ability to learn new skills and deal with complex subject matter
* Exceptional communication and influencing skills, able to build credible relationships both internally and externally
