Job Description

Regional Care Manager

Our national healthcare client is seeking to hire an exceptional Full Time Regional Care Manager to meet the growing need for complex care by providing specialist nurse-led services to adults and children in their own homes, in and around London. You'll earn a highly competitive salary and receive excellent benefits.

Your role
The Regional Care Manager is responsible for ensuring operational and reputational success of our client's healthcare business within London and leads the regional team. You're accountable for the achievement of service delivery and growth, client, carer and commissioner satisfaction in line with agreed performance and financial objectives.

Some of your crucial working relationships:
? Report to the Commercial Director and in a peer group with Care Manager colleagues.
? Work closely with the Regional Lead Nurse to ensure an integrated approach to care delivery through operational and clinical teams.
? Build relationships with health & social care commissioners and providers - providing substantial commercial and operational representation and building working relationships.

Some of what you'll need to progress your application:
? Degree level education or equivalent in operational and business management.
? Knowledge of the healthcare and business regulatory landscape.
? Knowledge and application of standards and best in class performance.
? Achieving effective delivery of services through teams working within frameworks and with clear operating procedures.
