Regional Customer Services & PR Manager
Role purpose
We are looking for a pro-active and enthusiastic Customer Service & PR Manager to lead, direct and embed a professional and positive business culture throughout the homes by embracing Excelcare family values.
With this role you will be responsible for ensuring all PR, sales and marketing and activities services are aligned with the company branding and are meeting the needs of the business.
About you
Good interpersonal communication, influencing, coaching techniques, backed up with excellent leadership and written skills; building and maintaining relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
Working knowledge of regulations and legislation relating to health and social care is essential as well as a sound working knowledge of the Health and Social Care Act 2008.
You will work with the Regional Director and directly with the homes to promote a change of culture in order to improve lifestyle of residents in the homes. Working with Lifestyle Co-ordinators on daily activities; involving the community and promoting the use of volunteers within the homes
