Requirements for this position
To be considered for that position you will need:
- At least two years continuous experience as a Regional Manager of Care Homes with a proven track record
- Active PIN as a Registered Nurse
- Knowledge of Care Quality Commission (CQC) Guidelines
- Gold Standard Framework for end of life Care
- Knowledge of Dementia Strategy and Dementia mapping is desired but not essential
- Clear DBS Check
