We are seeking a Regional Operations Manager to support a portfolio of our residential, dementia and nursing care homes situated across the South of England.

Along with an opportunity to make a real difference - we offer a competitive salary, up to £65,000 per annum (depending on skills and experience) and a benefits package that includes:

This position is based at our Head Office in Poole with frequent travel to a number of our homes (Dorset, Devon, Hampshire and Somerset)

With a focus on providing premium residential care for the elderly, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance, occupancy and revenue targets are exceeded - with the main focus of providing a first class service of elderly care across your portfolio of homes.

Reporting to the Director of Residential Care and working with other members of the Care Services Management Team you will lead, manage, develop and support our Home Managers and other senior team members to achieve high standards in all operational aspects of the homes.

Commercially aware, you'll have experience in marketing care homes in order to increase occupancy levels, as well as working to meet targets including obtaining 'good' and 'outstanding' CQC ratings, reducing staff turnover and reducing the use of agency staff.

Along with the other members of the Operations team, you will be part of the on-call rota. A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle with business use insurance is required.

What we will be looking for:

Passion for Elderly/Dementia care

Leadership experience

Exposure to safeguarding's & CQC regulations

Strong commercial awareness

Ability to market and establish relationships within the local areas

Experience at Operational Management level of Nursing & Residential Homes
