I am working on behalf of a reputable domiciliary care provider that requires a Care Manager for their established branch in Wolverhampton.
The client is a fantastic domiciliary company and is continuously growing. The client has been established for the last 30 years. They are currently leading the field with their brilliant customer service and they believe that each customer is unique, with their own individual preferences and needs.
The Branch/The role:
This is a well-established branch that is the companies Head Office. They are providing 1500 hours of care. They have 3 Care Coordinators, 4 Care Assessors and an on-call handling team to support the Registered Manager. You will be responsible for the day to day management of the service and the call handling team. You will also be responsible for maintaining good levels of training & staff development, ensuring high levels of compliance are achieved, overseeing the promotion and marketing of the branches services and ensuring budgetary control amongst other duties. This role is a full-time role.
You will be a strong & experienced individual within the domiciliary sector. You will be personable and approachable but also have a firm but fair attitude.
