Job Description

I am working on behalf of a reputable domiciliary care provider that requires a Registered Branch Manager for branch in the Brentford area.

The Company:

The client is a relatively small business but with great aspirations to grow. Their plans are to open more than just this one branch in Brentford and for the successful candidate to grow with the company. They provide domiciliary care to elderly clients within the community and are open minded to growing in other areas too, for example, Live-In care.

The Branch/The role:

This is quite a new branch. They are looking to increase the hours delivered quickly but not at the detriment of the quality of care. They currently provide just under 200 hours of care per week. As the Registered Branch Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day to day duties of the branch including care plans, risk assessments, audits and adhering to all CQC regulations etc. You will also be responsible for maintaining good levels of training & staff development, ensuring high levels of compliance are achieved, overseeing the promotion and marketing of the branches services and ensuring budgetary control amongst other duties. This role is a full-time role.

The Person:

You will be a strong & experienced Manager within the domiciliary sector. You will have excellent business sense, with the ability to take the branch to the next level and a desire to work to high standards. You will be a resilient individual with excellent leadership qualities and be able to develop your team in a competitive area.

The Salary:

£35,000 + £5000 bonus!
