Job Description

Care and Support Jobs are proud to be supporting the recruitment of a Registered Care Home Manager for a Leading UK Health Care Company.

We are looking for a Registered Care Home Manager to support one of their larger Homes (92 bedded), that specialises in providing care for adults with organic brain disease (dementia), challenging behaviour and complex physical needs.

About the Role:

As the Registered Care Home Manager, you will be confident enough to make autonomous decisions, while collaborative enough to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team. You will ideally have significant previous nursing experience in older peoples care homes and demonstrate true commitment both to your own personal development and to the development of your wider team.

Your caring and professional approach goes without saying, as does your strong work ethic, reliability and ability to build solid working relationships.
