Permanent - Full Time - 37.5 hour per week. About the role We are looking for experienced Registered Care Managers to play a critical role ensuring that both our residents and colleagues feel supported every single day. You will be responsible for the professional delivery of care to a number of residents within a specified geographical area and build strong local partnerships with key care professionals. About you To be successful you will need experience of working in a care setting at a senior/supervisory level coupled with strong leadership and coaching skills. You will have proven experience in enabling older people to live later life well and enhancing their wellbeing. Instinctively you will feel a personal alignment to our company values and you will possess a wealth of experience within the care sector.
