Job Description

Registered Manager - Learning Disabilities, Mental Health -Northampton  
Commutable from Northampton, Wellingborough, Kettering, Towcester, Rugby, Daventry and surrounding areas  
Salary £35,000 negotiable DOE  
My client has an exciting opportunity for a Registered Manager to be responsible for a residential service providing care to adults with Learning Disabilities and Mental Health. This is a complex service with behaviours that people can find challenging.  
You will be a dynamic and ambitious leader with a sound understanding of the needs of the residents. Ideally you will already be a Registered Manager with experience of managing complex and challenging services and leading large teams. You will hold RMA or the equivalent or Level 5 diploma.  
Responsibilities include all areas of service delivery, budget management, quality, health and safety and innovation towards service development.  
As a manager you will support the staff team to comply with company policies and procedures whilst CQC requirements. You will ensure safe support management plans, ensuring the service is  supportive, accessible and responsive to both the people using the services and meeting commissioner/ contract priorities.   
As a Registered Manager you will:
  • Develop a high performing and motivated team

  • Plan and be responsive to shifting needs

  • Drive compliance with all policies and regulatory requirements; whilst striving to achieve the best possible outcomes and internal/external recognition of quality

  • Develop local joint working arrangements with commissioners and other key stakeholders

  • Develop innovative approaches to delivering quality, engaging and empowering services

  • Champion innovation and lead the development of the service

  • Develop your people -to support development of your service
