TTM Healthcare is recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading UK care home group for one of their homes near Hatfield, Herts. Build your nursing career with one of the UK’s leading Care provider.     The homes provide high-quality nursing and residential care for the elderly, including those living with dementia. Our care teams are committed to truly understanding the needs of residents and treating everyone with genuine respect and dignity.     To succeed in this role, you will be a qualified Registered Nurse with an NMC PIN and 12 months care home experience. Your duties will include managing a team of carers as well as providing high quality nursing services to residents and demonstrating compassion, care and commitment to making a real difference to their lives. You will work with a team of like-minded individuals, all with a desire to ensure that residents are comfortable within the home. It is also important that you are a caring, enthusiastic and self-motivated individual.       As an RGN/RMN you will ensure that the right level of nursing care is provided to meet the individual, emotional and physical needs of residents whilst supporting a culture of respect and dignity. As part of a strong, friendly team, you will have all the support you will need to reach your potential to enable you to build a rewarding career within a growing and progressive organization.       In return for your passion and commitment, you can look forward to a nursing career that offers all the support you need to be the very best you can be.
