This a fantastic opportunity for a Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join a fantastic seafront Home in Eastbourne on a Permanent basis.
This role is supporting a wide range of people over the age of 18 with neurological disabilities, including spinal injury, acquired brain injury and stroke. Additionally, the home care for those with progressive conditions, such has Multiple Sclerosis and Motor Neurone Disease.
Many Residents of the home are currently part of a rehabilitation programme or require you to identify a variety of goals and appropriate interventions to help with maintaining, improving and developing their movement and mobility.
Salary: £34,000 - £38,000 (DOE)
Ability to write care plans
Waterlow (Pressure Area)
Able to Lead and manage a strong and experienced Care Team
Undertake supervisions with the team
Attend MDT review Meetings
Liase with a wide range of Professionals
Have Excellent communication skills - both written and Verbal
Have a least 5 years strong clinical experience.
