Job Description

Goldman & Fine Group is looking for enthusiastic, self-motivated, and committed Registered General Nurses to work with our client at one of its nationwide care homes.

Our client is looking for a Registered Nurse (RGN) at one of their nursing homes in the UK.

As an RGN, you will look after the physical, psychological, and social needs of our residents to help us deliver the quality care they deserve. You will create a safe and supportive environment for patients with a range of needs, whilst also relying on your professional judgment to make critical, clinical decisions. You can expect a wide range of responsibilities, from developing tailored care plans to providing medicine safely and delivering excellence across everything you do.

As a Registered Nurse (RGN), you’ll have the autonomy to do things the right way – you will be truly valued and respected for what you do.

Standard requirements.

* Current NMC registration

* Good knowledge of the most up-to-date clinical practices

* An understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal

* Pharmaceutical guidelines

* Be dedicated and compassionate.

* Current DBS

* Been tested for COVID within the last week

* Standard 5-year reference

* Dementia care training

* Manual handling training

* Fire safety training

* Safeguarding adults training

* Health and safety training

* CoSHH training

* Food safety training

* First aid including BLS training

* Medicines training

Experience:

• Experience of producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments.

• Have good communication and interpersonal skills with an enthusiastic approach to the provision of quality, effective safe care delivery.

• Understand the importance of maintaining patient safety and minimizing risk in accordance with policy and procedure.

• Demonstrate a good understanding of the importance of supportive and flexible team working.

• Eligible to work in the UK.
