MB-NHM-05-12 Registered Manager £55,000 - £60,000 Bonus excellent benefits Solihull, Birmingham A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Nursing Home Manager or Residential Care Home Manager of elderly care homes to manage an absolutely beautiful, modern, purpose built Elderly Nursing & Residential Home within a very affluent area of Solihull. Our client is an award winning extremely successful healthcare provider who has a number of elderly residential and nursing services across the UK. The home is extremely well organised with a fantastic internal infrastructure in the form of has a full time supernumery deputy, a full time supernumery clinical lead and it even has a dedicated Customer Services Manager focusing on the marketing and bed enquiries. The home offers State of the Art facilities that you would be inclined to find in a 5 star hotel. In addition, the home has a great reputation in the local area, is nearly 100% occupied and possesses a fully compliant rating with CQC. This truly is a wonderful opportunity for a proven Nursing Home Manager looking to be part of a very special, vibrant and resident focused service. Role: You will be responsible for the full day to day running of this absolutely beautiful elderly service. You will provide strong leadership and inspiration to staff members, to ensure the highest standards are achieved in all areas of the home including relationship centred care, compliance, staff retention and training and business performance. Person You must have had previous experience as a Residential Home Manager or a Nursing home manager in an elderly care homes so you can hit the ground running. Equally this may appeal to a peripatetic manager or operations manager who is at a point where they’d like to reduce their travel and secure a post closer to home whilst still maintaining a generous salary. You must also have had experience of attracting the private market. This is an exciting opportunity for a care home manager or nursing home manager looking to make a name for themselves.
