Children's Residential Registered Manager needed to help open a new home.
My client is currently opening a new solo placement home in the Poulton Le Fylde area and wants to recruit a permanent Registered Manager to help build the team and setup this new home.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced manager to put their stamp on this fresh project!
The successful candidate for this position will have experience of working as a Registered Manager. Has a willingness to learn new skills on the job and be able to work within a fast paced team environment.
Pay: £32,500 - £40,000 per year dependent on experience.
•Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People's Services; or equivalent; or a preparedness to work towards the same.
•Demonstrate commitment to continuing professional development
•3 years' experience working with children in the last 5 years and at least 1 year at senior level.
