A strong nursing home manager is needed for a large, luxury care home in the Harrow area providing general nursing and dementia care.
The home has a Good CQC and is part of one of the leading care home providers in the UK.
The ideal candidate will have great relationship building skills both with internal and external stakeholders and have a strong home management background to be able to lead the team with confidence.
Package
Salary in the range of £60,000-£70,000

Requirements
Currently a Registered Home Manager with a good track record of CQC reports
Preferably nurse qualified - RGN / RMN / RN, non-clinical managers will be considered with a strong nursing home background
Elderly experience
