Job Description

Care and Support Jobs are proud to be supporting the recruitment of a Registered Home Manager for a Leading UK Health Care Company.

We are looking for a Registered Home Manager to support one of their homes who looks after individuals with learning disabilities, and individuals who present complex conditions including autism, epilepsy and Down’s syndrome.

As the Registered Home Manager you will be committed to quality assurance, and effectively lead and inspire the team to provide the highest quality person-centred support and care.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering best practice in social care whilst continually developing the service. You will have the opportunity to use your skills in an environment where the effective management of people and processes will be critical to the services success.

  • Commitment to delivering high quality care within
  • Previous managerial experience
  • Strong working knowledge of regulatory standards
