We are looking for a Registered Manager to support one of their small homes that specialises in caring for adults living with mental health conditions, challenging behaviours and complex needs and provides positive behavioural support.
About the Role:
As the Registered Home Manager, you will be responsible for the overall clinical and operational performance of the home. You will lead and develop the team of care staff, effectively managing budgets and resources and driving forward improvements to ensure the home is fully compliant with CQC essential standards.
