HCL Mental Health are looking for Registered Mental Health Nurses to work in Essex, Rochford/Laindon. You will join the perinatal team in a band 7 role and ideally have some experience of work with women in the perinatal period or childrens mental health or social services. You will be responsible and provide effective leadership for a perinatal mental health clinical team providing a high quality service within the resources available within a defined area, and specifically to deliver on the following key areas:
To co-ordinate and lead team functioning with particular focus on:
Management of referrals including delivery of care
Performance monitoring and management
