Registered Night Nurse RGN or RMN
Nurse Seekers are looking for a RGN or RMN to join their client’s professional, friendly, accommodating team of nurses and care assistants.
Nurse Seekers are currently recruiting a RGN or RMN for an excellent care home located near Rugby, Warwickshire. The RGN or RMN must be able to work night shifts and have a passion to support and care for the elderly. The current staff cohort have formed very good, caring professionals relationships with the clients and the care is planned to meet the resident’s individual needs.
The home is privately run and offers excellent standards of care in a beautiful, homely, relaxed environment. Our client’s care home supports and houses 56 residents with a variety of different health complications. There is a variety of different activities on offer to ensure the resident’s continue living their lives to the fullest.
Your responsibilities as the RGN or RMN will include:
Assessing and planning nursing care
Monitoring and administering medication
Providing emotional support to the residents, friends and families
Observing and recording the conditions of patients
Maintaining patient records
Have an active NMC PIN
Be happy working night shifts
Be a team player
Act in a responsible, professional manner at all times
Working accordance to the guidelines set by the NMC
Our client is offering a generous package with 28 days holiday per annum, clinical training and support, double-time on a bank holiday and support with nurse revalidation.
