Registered Nurse - RGN / RMN - Nursing Home

Location: Rugby

Salary: £16 Per Hour ( £29,952 £39,936 per annum based on full time hours) - Paid breaks

Hours: Full-time or Part-time available (Options of: 24, 36 or 48 or similar options of hours available - depending on your preference)

Shifts: Days or Nights available depending on preference

They provide both residential, nursing and dementia care for elderly individuals, as well as care for people with physical disabilities. The home offer specialist dementia care and a focussed approach to end of life care using the Gold Standard Framework.

The Manager can accommodate both part-time and full-time hours. They can be flexible regarding shift pattern, so you will be able to choose permanent day shifts or permanent night shifts or a mixture of both if you prefer.

The Home Manager is highly-qualified in various areas of nursing, so would be keen to invest time into the training and development of all staff. There are also plenty of opportunities to undertake additional training courses externally on top of the extensive in-house training.
