Job Description

Registered Nurse - RMN / RNLD - Private Mental Health Hospital

Location: Near Wolverhampton, West Midlands

Salary: £28,000 - £33,500 per annum - negotiable depending on experience

Hours: Full time ( 37.5 hours per week ) or Part time ( 24 - 30 hours per week ) hours available - you can choose depending on your preference

Shift Patterns: Day shifts or Night shifts available or a mixture of both - you can choose depending on your preference

Further Details : We are looking for newly qualified or experienced Nurses ( RMN or RNLD or trained) to work within a Psychiatric Hospital based near Wolverhampton, West Midlands. The Hospital is a specialist Personality Disorder Service for adults. They are opening a new acute service providing treatment for a wide range of acute mental health conditions including depression, anxiety, post-traumatic-stress-disorder, obsessive compulsive states, schizophrenia and all other major acute psychiatric illnesses. The hospital's consultant-led multidisciplinary teams (MDT) have a wealth of clinical and research experience in psychiatry, enabling service users to benefit from a broad range of individual and group therapies. The successful Nurse will work within a multidisciplinary team offering exceptional care to service users. The Hospital has been rated as 'Good' by the CQC. Staff morale is very high.

The management team at the hospital are also very dedicated to supporting and developing all the Nurses in the team, offering on-going training programmes. The Manager is able to accommodate both part time and full time hours. They are able to be flexible with regard to shift pattern, so you will be able to choose to work day shifts only or night shifts only or a mixture of both if you prefer.

The Hospital Manager has been with the company for a substantial amount of time and is highly-qualified in various areas of nursing, so is very keen to invest time into the training and development of all staff. There are also plenty of opportunities to undertake additional training courses externally on top of the extensive in-house training.
