Salary: £25,000 - £33,000 per annum (£14.55 per hour) excellent benefits

An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a motivated and enthusiastic Registered Nurse ( RGN / RMN / RNLD ) to work in a modern nursing home located on the outskirts of Durham city centre. The service is ideally situated in a beautiful village on the outskirts of Durham city centre and is within easy reach via public transport. This service offers a warm, friendly environment to all residents and has bright, airy lounges and communal areas for all to enjoy. The home boasts excellent facilities including an on-site bar/ café, cosy communal lounge areas and a lovely garden for residents to relax and enjoy.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading healthcare provider in one of their highly reputable nursing homes on the outskirts of Durham city centre. This home provides person-centred care to individuals with a range of needs, including residential, nursing, intermediate and palliative care for the elderly. They can also care for individuals on a short-term or respite basis. The home boasts an excellent reputation and good CQC rating. The manager is very flexible and can accommodate both full and part time hours and both nights and day shifts are available.

Person Specification: Our client is looking for a Registered Nurse of any specialism ( RGN, RMN or RNLD all considered). All candidates must have a valid NMC Pin and full eligibility to live and work in the UK. Nurses must have good communication skills, a hard-working nature, and the willingness to get stuck in. We welcome applications from both newly-qualified or experienced nurses as a full preceptorship programme is available.
