Registered Nurse ( RGN or RMN or RNLD )

Location: Weybridge, Surrey

Salary: £13.23 - £16.32 per hour ( £28,600 - £35,300 per annum ) - negotiable depending on experience, qualifications and capabilities

Hours: Full Time or Part Time hours available (options of hours available are: 24, 36, 42 or 48 hours per week)

Shifts: Day or Night Shifts (paid breaks)

Contract type: Permanent

*Salary equivalent to NHS Band 5 / 6*

*£1000 Welcome Bonus for all new nurses joining this home*

We are currently looking for a highly motivated registered nurse to work within a very reputable Care Home located in Weybridge, Surrey, located between Woking and Twickenham. The Care home provides exceptional care in a homely and calm environment. The home provides convalescence, palliative care and respite care as well as care for residents with Parkinson's. The home has excellent standards and facilities and all carers are highly trained to provide professional, individual care. The service enjoys an excellent reputation for care quality and succeeds in offering an attentive, friendly and homely environment. Staff morale is very high.

We welcome applications from newly qualified nurses. The Manager is able to accommodate both part time and full time hours. They are able to be flexible with regard to shift pattern, so you will be able to choose permanent day shifts or permanent night shifts or a mixture of both if you prefer.

What you'll be doing:

- Taking responsibility for the well-being of our residents, including making sure their physical, emotional and social needs are met

- Carrying out assessments and developing, implementing and evaluating individualised care plans for each of our residents

- Monitoring work areas and practices to ensure they are safe and conform to relevant standards, policies and legislation

- Generally promoting our residents' independence, choice, dignity and respect by delivering the very best standards of care and striving for continuous improvement

What you'll need:

- Applicants must be RGN or RMN or RNLD trained and must hold a valid PIN. All applicants should be eligible to live and work in the UK without restriction.

- Applicants must demonstrate a passion for caring for the elderly and infirm and a flair for helping people maintain their independence and choice in homely surroundings

- Applicants must have a genuine commitment to adhering to the NMC Codes of Conduct and expanding your professional development

- Applicants must be respectful, courteous and compassionate nature and belief in giving your personal best at all times
