Registered Nurse - RGN / RMN / RNLD - Brain Injury and Rehab

Location: Southport, Lancashire

Salary: £29,500 per annum enhancements for unsocial hours £1,500 welcome bonus

Hours: Full time ( 37.5 hours per week ) or Part time ( 24 - 30 hours per week ) hours available - you can choose depending on your preference

Shift Patterns: Day shifts or Night shifts available or a mixture of both - you can choose depending on your preference

Further Details : We are looking for newly qualified or experienced Nurses ( RGN, RMN or RNLD trained) to work within a care home for men and women with a learning disability or acquired brain injury located near Stockport, Lancashire. The facility specialises in looking after service users who have a variety of physical disabilities as well as either acquired brain injury, learning disability, or mental illness associated with conditions such as epilepsy or sensory impairment. The care home also specialises in complex neuro-disability, including care of tracheostomy and mechanical ventilated patients. The successful nurse will be a part of their dedicated interdisciplinary team who offer evidence-based patient centred care and therapy to help patients maximise their physical, emotional and social potential. The Hospital has been rated as 'Good' by the CQC. Staff morale is very high.

The management team at the care home are also very dedicated to supporting and developing all the Nurses in the team, offering on-going training programmes. The Manager is able to accommodate both part time and full time hours. They are able to be flexible with regard to shift pattern, so you will be able to choose to work day shifts only or night shifts only or a mixture of both if you prefer.

You will receive pay enhancements for unsocial hours (20% extra for unsocial hours and evenings, 50% extra for bank holidays, 30% extra for overtime).

The Care Home Manager has been with the company for a substantial amount of time and is highly-qualified in various areas of nursing, so is very keen to invest time into the training and development of all staff. There are also plenty of opportunities to undertake additional training courses externally on top of the extensive in-house training.
