Registered Nurse - RMN / RNLD - CAMHS Hospital

Location: Near Wimborne, Dorset

Salary: £27,000 - £31,000 per annum - negotiable depending on experience £5,000 welcome bonus & enhancements for nights, weekends and bank holidays

Hours: Full time ( 37.5 hours per week ) or Part time ( 24 - 30 hours per week ) hours available - you can choose depending on your preference

Shift Patterns: Day shifts or Night shifts available or a mixture of both - you can choose depending on your preference

Contract Type: Permanent

Further Details : We are looking for newly qualified or experienced Nurses ( RMN or RNLD or trained) to work within a CAMHS Hospital based near Wimborne, Dorset. The Hospital is a specialist tier 4 Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service ( CAMHS ), dedicated to supporting young people aged 12 - 18 who have a diagnosis of learning disabilities or autism, along with a co-occurring mental illness. The hospital is mixed gender. The hospital's consultant-led multidisciplinary teams (MDT) have a wealth of clinical and research experience in psychiatry, enabling service users to benefit from a broad range of individual and group therapies. The successful Nurse will work within a multidisciplinary team offering exceptional care to service users. The Hospital has been rated as 'Good' by the CQC. Staff morale is very high.

The management team at the hospital are also very dedicated to supporting and developing all the Nurses in the team, offering on-going training programmes. The Manager is able to accommodate both part time and full time hours. They are able to be flexible with regard to shift pattern, so you will be able to choose to work day shifts only or night shifts only or a mixture of both if you prefer.

You will receive pay enhancements for unsocial hours (20% extra for unsocial hours and evenings, 50% extra for bank holidays, 30% extra for overtime).

The Hospital Manager has been with the company for a substantial amount of time and is highly-qualified in various areas of nursing, so is very keen to invest time into the training and development of all staff. There are also plenty of opportunities to undertake additional training courses externally on top of the extensive in-house training.
