Registered Nurse - RMN / RNLD - Mental Health Hospital

Location: Birmingham, West Midlands

Salary: £24,500 - £30,500 per annum

Hours: Full time ( 37.5 hours per week ) or Part time ( 24 - 30 hours per week ) hours available - you can choose depending on your preference

Shift Patterns: Day shifts or Night shifts available or a mixture of both - you can choose depending on your preference

Contract Type: Permanent

Further Details : We are looking for newly qualified or experienced Nurses ( RMN or RNLD trained) to work within a Mental Health Hospital specialising in the management and treatment of a wide range of mental health conditions. The hospital has established an excellent reputation for providing the highest standards of care.

The Hospital provides expert treatment for the following services:


  • Eating disorders
  • Child and Adolescent Mental Health (CAMHS)
  • Psychiatric Intensive Care Unit

The Hospital has a highly experienced team of mental health professionals and support staff, which include consultant psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses and therapists. They can treat a wide range of acute mental health conditions including depression, anxiety, post-traumatic-stress-disorder, obsessive compulsive states, schizophrenia and all other major acute psychiatric illnesses.

The management team at the hospital are also very dedicated to supporting and developing all the Nurses in the team, offering on-going training programmes. The Manager is able to accommodate both part time and full time hours. They are able to be flexible with regard to shift pattern, so you will be able to choose to work day shifts only or night shifts only or a mixture of both if you prefer.

The Hospital Manager has been with the company for a substantial amount of time and is highly-qualified in various areas of nursing, so is very keen to invest time into the training and development of all staff. There are also plenty of opportunities to undertake additional training courses externally on top of the extensive in-house training.
