This purpose built service in Preston will become home for up to 30 service users and doesn't have a traditional nursing home feel. The unique layout means that our client can care for adults with a vast array of complex mental and physical health needs and associated challenging behaviours

You will work with like-minded colleagues, as part of a multi-disciplinary in-house team, to provide the highest standards of nursing care to the residents. The Nursing/Support Worker ratio is amongst some of the best in the UK, with this home's average ratio being 5 Support Workers to every Nurse
