Are you looking for your next RN role? Leaders In Care is recruiting a Registered Nurse (RMN, RGN or RNLD) to work days or nights at a brand-new, state-of-the-art home due to open next spring in Hull pay rate on offer is up to £17.15 per hour and £1500 welcome bonus.

Our client's purpose-built service in Hull will become a home for up to 20 service users but will not have the traditional nursing-home feel. The unique layout means caring for adults with complex mental and physical health needs and associated challenging behaviours.

We're seeking a qualified nurse to be part of a team ready to start in April 2021. Our client aims to deliver outcome-focused care, striving to help service users transition away from nursing care and back to community living. The home size means as an adult nurse. You'll have enough time in a day to make a real difference in the lives of those in your care. Full training will be provided to ensure you can continue your learning and development.

Permanent contracts available range from 22 to 44 hours per week. To apply for the RN role, you must have a relevant nursing qualification (RGN/RMN/RNLD) with a current NMC Pin. You must also be up to date with current evidence-based practice and have a working knowledge of CQC regulations. Experience of mentorship and a supervisor qualification would be desirable too.

In return for your dedication and commitment, you'll receive a salary equivalent to the top end of Band 6, a pension, 28 days' holiday, free financial advice and assistance, free car parking and a free uniform. Also, you'll be entitled to:
