Registered Nurse job in Highbridge at Nurse Seekers

Our Client is a private, family owned nursing home located in Brent Knoll, just outside of the costal town of Weston-Super-Mare.

The home is a 30 bedded, tastefully converted home, catering for a client group of Dementia, old age and those that are physically disabled. They are currently looking for an additional Registered Nurse to assist them in delivering the highest possible standards of care.

The successful candidate will be:

• RGN, RMN or RNLD qualified
• Expected to provide effective supervision of staff members
• Take management responsibilities for a shift as directed
• Ensuring meaningful involvement of service users is central to all activities, applying equal opportunities and anti-discriminatory policies

 The ideal candidate must have current NMC registration, the right to work in the UK, and excellent communication skills.

In return for this an attractive remuneration package is on offer, with enhanced overtime and BH rates.
