Are you experienced in supporting older people? Roos Recruitment are looking for an organised, methodical nurse who is passionate about delivering positive change in a fast moving care home environment.
What you will be doing.
Leading the care team on shift ensuring all residents medical, physical and emotional needs are met. Ensuring compliance with clinical governance framework, you will motivate colleagues, ensure residents’ safety and dignity and drive continuous improvement within a care home.
What we need.
An NMC Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN or RNLD), you will be well versed in care planning processes and fully familiar with clinical assessment tools. You will be keen to develop your leadership skills and clinical knowledge, capable of building close relationships quickly with residents, and determined to drive continuous improvement.
Pay rates between £18 and £40 per hour with both day and night shifts available.
