We're looking for a Care Manager (RGN) to work for our client based in Oxfordshire
They are national provider of complex care and rehabilitation services. This particular part of the group provide live in and live out care packages for clients with complex care, spinal cord and acquired brain injuries.
If you can demonstrate experience of providing Clinical Care and Support to vulnerable clients then you could be perfect for our client and we'd love to see your CV.
Responsibilities:
Managing a caseload of clients within your area. Splitting your time (roughly 50/50) between working from home and being out seeing your clients
Reviewing and assessing your clients within your area and managing their care plans
Providing training to the Care Assistants
Working with internal and external contacts such as families, local authorities and fundersRequirements:
Experience of providing Clinical Care and Support to vulnerable clients
Additional experience of reviewing and assessing clients
Further experience of writing reports and be results driven
A nursing qualification and current NMC registration
Independent, self-motivated and able to work with minimal direct supervision
Confident and articulate communicator with ability to build strong relationships with all relevant bodies
Computer literate with Microsoft office suite of applications
A full driving licence is essential for this roleThe Package:
Basic salary: Up to £34,000 per annum for the ideal candidate
