Job Description

We are looking for a Registered Nurse to work in a stunning brand new luxury specialist care centre in Leeds (LS9) that boasts beautiful designs and surroundings, In our opinion due to the massive investment it's one of the best homes in the area and is caring for 30 adults with complex needs. The company offers an unrivalled level of career development as it has many new specialist care centres in the pipeline and promote from within wherever possible.

The successful candidates will ensure that personal centred care requirements are met to the highest standard. You will lead the care team during your shifts; you will make certain that we fully meet medical, physical and emotional requirements of adults in your care. Ensuring compliance with our clinical governance framework, you will mentor and motivate colleagues, champion safety and dignity and drive continuous improvement.
Hours: Full-Time or Part-Time hours available (Options: 24, 36, 42 or 48 hours available)
Shifts: Days, Nights, Mixed

To be successful in this Registered Nurse position:

You will be a Registered Nurse RMN/RNLD/RGN and will have a valid NMC pin.
You will provide warmth, enthusiasm and compassion when providing care.
You will always strive to provide great quality holistic care, making every day better than the last; promoting our core values: maintaining independence and dignity.
You will be up to date with current evidence-based practice and have a working knowledge of CQC Standards and Regulations and will work using your initiative making effective decisions to improve care quality.
