Job Description

Are you a Registered Mental Health Nurse looking for a new flexible opportunity with a very competitive rate of pay? At Leaders In Care, we're on the lookout for a compassionate and flexible RMN to work in a state-of-the-art rehabilitation service in Canterbury, Kent.

In return for your commitment, compassion and expertise, you'll be supported by a friendly and inclusive care team, and will receive a salary of up to £37,000, along with excellent benefits.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in state of the art, fully compliant Learning Disability and Mental Health service with low secure, rehab, forensic, step down and adult acute unit working with males and females. We are looking for newly qualified or experienced Registered Nurses (RMN/RNLD) with experience in mental health, learning disabilities or dementia care looking to join an award-winning service. Based in Canterbury and earning up to £37,000, you'll also need to have a minimum of six months experience in a similar nursing or care role, along with NMC registration.

COVID-19 has put extra pressure on all nursing services, primarily in the NHS, so your help and support filling these currently open nursing vacancies are much appreciated. As a Mental Health Nurse, CPN or Psychiatric Nurse, you'll need to be a natural listener and communicator. Using your empathetic skills and RMN nurse experience, you'll be the primary source of information and advice for patients and their families.
