£11.00 per hour pre-registration, increasing to £15.50 upon NMC Registration

About You

As a Registered Nurse or a Pre-Registered Nurse at HC One, you'll value kindness above all, because it drives every aspect of our Dementia, Nursing, Residential and Specialist care homes. What you?ll need

We?re looking for a Registered Nurse with a valid pin number, with knowledge of National Standards and NMC code of practice. Applications are also welcome from eligible overseas qualified nurses who wish to gain their NMC pin, and practice in the UK. HC-One will cover the cost for the Tier2 application and healthcare surcharge as well as financial support to complete OSCE training and examination (up to 3 attempts).

You will have a background in person centred care planning and ideally within a care home environment. Along with a willingness to coach, guide and support your team on a daily basis, including provision of formal and information programmes of teaching to colleagues and other care professionals. A genuine commitment to adhering to the NMC Codes of Conduct and expanding your professional development. A respectful, courteous and compassionate nature and belief in giving your personal best at all times.
