Regulatory Compliance Coordinator job in Winchester at Cranleigh Scientific

An internationally recognised chemical manufacturing business based in Winchester is currently recruiting for a Regulatory Compliance Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis. As Regulatory Compliance Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting business activities, ensuring compliance in line with industry regulations whilst having the ability to ensure compliances are in line with industry regulations - REACH.

To be successful, you will possess a strong academic profile coupled with industrial experience working within regulatory affairs - updating safety data sheets (GHS), keeping up to date with EU REACH legislations and handling customer materials declarations and conducting audits.

Regulatory Compliance Coordinator

Generate and update safety datasheets using GHS Professional software
Authoring new and updating SDS to reflect changes in legislation.
Support with correct labelling guidelines, Poisons Centre Notifications and UFIs
REACH, RoHS and other material declarations, updates, and monitoring legislations
IMDS entries
Completion of supplier forms & quality questionnaires
Maintenance of approvals (such as DVGW, WRAS etc.)
Control and maintenance of the ISO9001:2015 QMS system
Assist with quality forms and processes associated with customer complaints.
Health & safety - leading officer role for the company.Regulatory Compliance Coordinator requirements

Degree level qualification in Chemistry or closely related field of study.
You must possess direct industry experience working within regulatory/product stewardship driven position - completing SDS, REACH compliance, authoring documents.
Ideally experience working within the chemical industry but allied will be considered.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with internal & external parties.
Self-starter attitude, who is driven to achieve results and capable of working independently.
