An opportunity has arisen for a regulatory compliance officer to join an established organisation that specialise in the manufacturing materials used in the construction industry. As a regulatory compliance officer, you will work closely with the laboratory and operations teams to ensure legislation requirements are kept up to date with changes in regulatory guidelines.
To be successful as a regulatory compliance officer you should ideally hold a degree in Chemistry or closely related discipline, and possess previous commercial experience working in a chemical manufacturing/testing environment. In addition, possess knowledge of CLP, REACH, SDS's and ISO regulations.
Regulatory Compliance Officer Key Responsibilities:
Monitoring and ensuring compliance of company products within various national regulations including UK, EU, and US.
Document control, REACH registration and SDS compliance according to CLP.
CE marking & declaration of performance certificates.
Ensuring ISO9001 & ISO14001 standards are met accordingly.
Fire and safety regulations and certifications.
Regulatory Compliance Officer Requirements:
Ideally hold a degree in Chemistry or closely related discipline.
Possess previous commercial experience working in a chemical manufacturing/testing environment.
Demonstrate knowledge of CLP, REACH, SDS's and ISO regulations.
Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 + Benefits
Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm (1-hour lunch) - Remote working when applicable
