RESIDENTIAL CARE HOME MANAGER ROLE

£35,000 - £38,000 PA PLUS BONUS
An experienced manager is required to lead a dedicated team providing excellent residential and nursing care for up to 30 elderly residents in Exeter.
The home, which is part of a small group of privately owned homes dedicated to the residential care of the elderly without nursing needs. This home is very comfortable offering high-quality facilities for residents whilst retaining a warm and homely atmosphere.
The home provides a full range of residential care and has recently been rated GOOD by the CQC with a score of 9.7 on Carehome.co.uk
The successful candidate will have proven experience as a care home manager and can demonstrate a track record of good care home leadership.

- Outstanding team leadership skills
- An excellent knowledge of CQC compliance requirements
- Good relationships with local care professionals
- Marketing skills
- Financial awareness
- IT Savvy - electronic care plans
- Audit compliance and monitoring should be a second nature.
The group has ambitious growth targets. This means the scope for growth and professional development as new opportunities present themselves. As Home Manager you may be given the opportunity to be involved in the integration of future homes or in group-based roles.
Contract: 42.5hrs per week
Compensation: £35-38K p/a + £2k performance related bonus
A minimum of 3 years at 1 company in the last 5 years
Minimum 2 years running a 'good' rated care home
