Salary: Circa £32,000 plus performance related bonus of up to £4,000 per annum

Remit
Belmont Recruitment are working with a private care provider that own a portfolio of nursing homes across the North West. Their ambitions are to continue to grow, whilst maintaining high levels of care throughout the business.

This is a small sized care home that provides Residential care for 55+. This home is small and running very well with everything up to date and in place.
 

The Candidate
The successful candidate must be from a care home background and currently working as a Home Manager in a service that provides residential care or with similar experience. You must have the ability to motivate a staff team and maintain good standards of care.

This candidate must have excellent leadership skills and provide evidence that they have the capability to run a successful care home. This position requires a confident, positive person who is able to bring new ideas to the home and can work with internal and external professionals to ensure the home remains successful.
