I am really pleased to be recruiting a new manager for a purpose built residential care home in Newton Abbot, which is part of a small and well designed group of 7 homes.
This Home is running so smoothly, with a full team of longstanding staff, the CQC rating is GOOD.
We are looking for an experienced deputy who would like to make their first step up into Management, you would be supported by a fantastic Area Manager, and a really strong deputy manager. Or maybe you are a Home Manager, looking to take on a Residential Home, that you can make OUTSTANDING.
If you have your NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care that would be an advantage, but a Level 3 and lots of experience would also be suitable.
