ARE YOU A DEPUTY MANAGER LOOKING FOR YOUR FIRST MANAGEMENT ROLE WITHIN A RESIDENTIAL CARE HOME.
This role is perfect for an experienced deputy manager, the home is running well, with a stable team of kindly and caring staff. The environmental situation of the Home is phenomenal, having recently been refurbished to a high standard.
There are 25 happy residents at this home, minimal dementia, with a 9.8 score on Carehome.co.uk
You as a new manager would be supported by an area manager and Regional Director.
They would train you to within an nth of your life, with regular (twice a week) meetings to progress you in your development.
This is a small personal group of 7 homes, all South West based, all with GOOD CQC's, they have worked out an effective formula, for happy residents, happy relatives and happy staff.
