As a Youth Support Worker in West Sussex you will be responsible for:
Working independently with young people to provide emotional, and mental support for our young people.Maintain positive working relationships with young people, staff and professionals by communicating effectively at all times. Preparing for Independence - money management, housing, rights and responsibilities, health, volunteering, safety, relationships, running a household and employment, education or training.De-escalating situations and working with the young people to provide the best solutions
